Our commitment

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to act professionally and treat others with respect, regardless of background, identity, or experience level.

Expected behavior

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes offensive verbal comments, intimidation, unwelcome advances, deliberate disruption of talks, or inappropriate contact.

Professional standards

Participants are expected to follow all applicable laws and respect venue rules, as well as the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during sessions.

Reporting and action

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to conference staff immediately. Reports will be handled confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include removal from the event without refund.
